This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead program management initiatives for designated federal programs, ensuring that objectives, requirements, priorities, and deliverables are executed effectively.
β’ Assist in strategic planning and policy formulation by conducting research, pinpointing gaps, and suggesting policies, procedures, and program strategies.
β’ Supervise program operations and performance, assess outcomes, identify challenges, and collaborate with organizations and federal agencies.
β’ Manage and monitor program reporting obligations to guarantee precise, complete, and timely submissions.
β’ Analyze program data and create both standardized and ad hoc reports for program oversight and policy-making.
β’ Lead quality assurance efforts, including policies, procedures, monitoring processes, and report generation.
β’ Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, including coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and overseeing daily operations.
β’ Assist in contract administration and coordinate contract obligations, deliverables, documentation, and performance metrics.
β’ Organize meetings and working groups, including preparing agendas, materials, action items, rosters, schedules, and suspense logs.
β’ Maintain program documentation, records, and knowledge repositories in accordance with DoD policies and records management standards.
β’ Identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement in program performance, processes, capabilities, and service delivery.
β’ Must be a U.S. citizen.
β’ All work must be conducted within the United States.
β’ Must successfully complete a DoD background security investigation.
β’ Bachelor's degree required.
β’ Active PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is necessary.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in supervising or managing large-scale programs.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in overseeing or managing staff and personnel.
β’ Practical experience in contract administration.
β’ Familiarity with DoD policies and procedures, including records management and quality assurance.
β’ Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
