This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.
β’ Take charge of operational delivery for a specific enterprise client account that is launching a new product.
β’ Monitor contracted SLAs, generate adherence reports, and proactively escalate risks prior to any misses.
β’ Oversee Darkroomβs portion of the shared media plan, forecasting, and ramp model, ensuring reconciliation with actuals.
β’ Manage client interactions to ensure both parties are working from consistent figures.
β’ Handle hours tracking, reconciliation of scope versus delivered work, and budget oversight.
β’ Facilitate standups, client status meetings, internal syncs, and preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
β’ Record decisions, action items, blockers, and dependencies.
β’ Coordinate briefs, assets, performance reporting, and campaign development across Media, Creative, and Analytics teams.
β’ Assist with resource allocation and capacity planning alongside the Director of Growth Strategy and team leads.
β’ Raise cross-team risks and ensure stakeholder alignment.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Growth Strategy with a dotted line to the Managing Director of Paid Media.
β’ 3β5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a media, marketing, creative, or digital agency.
β’ Familiarity with paid media workflows and terminology, including campaign setups, flight dates, creative rotations, and reporting schedules.
β’ Proficient in managing timelines and trackers proactively.
β’ Strong, proactive communication skills and the ability to manage relationships upward, laterally, and with clients.
β’ Proficient in Notion, including the use of relational databases, filtered views, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
β’ Comfortable using Slack, Toggl, and Google Sheets for tracking purposes.
β’ Capable of managing multiple accounts and adapting to shifting priorities without overlooking details.
β’ Must be available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
β’ Excellent English communication skills, particularly when interacting with U.S.-based clients and senior stakeholders.
