Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of delivery health and oversight for a range of strategic programs.

• Convert executive priorities into actionable roadmaps, delivery strategies, governance models, and resource plans.

• Establish, uphold, and enhance project and program management methodologies, governance frameworks, operational rhythms, templates, reporting standards, and best practices throughout the PMO.

• Offer strategic guidance and support to project managers.

• Oversee and manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and cross-functional impacts.

• Create mitigation plans and escalate issues that require executive attention.

• Advise executive sponsors and senior leadership on options, trade-offs, risks, recommendations, and investment decisions.

• Lead the resolution of complex cross-functional risks, issues, conflicts, and escalations.

• Develop governance and delivery frameworks for urgent executive initiatives.

• Advocate for enterprise-wide initiatives that demand a programmatic solution.

• Represent the PMO in executive forums and planning discussions.

• Provide insights on portfolio prioritization, resource investments, organizational readiness, and execution strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in project, program, portfolio management, or management consulting, leading complex, enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives.

• Knowledge of commercial real estate, professional services, or service-oriented delivery organizations is preferred.

• PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum, or similar certifications are highly desirable.

• Proven experience in leading PMO functions or enterprise program management.

• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence senior leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders in intricate environments.

• Demonstrated ability to rapidly assess situations, establish structure, and provide solutions to facilitate execution.
