Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create, organize, and oversee all academic, business, and cultural elements of clients’ travel and virtual itineraries.

• Coordinate visits and presentations from top business leaders for student programs traveling to Germany.

• Design innovative and intellectually stimulating itineraries tailored to client specifications.

• Cultivate connections with businesses, universities, government bodies, and non-profit organizations throughout Germany.

• Collaborate with clients and the commercial manager during the proposal and planning phases to finalize itineraries.

• Maintain regular communication with business leaders and clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Accompany clients to business meetings and cultural events.

• Facilitate discussions between business professionals and university MBA/EMBA students as necessary.

• Investigate emerging business trends and offer innovative suggestions.

• Evaluate program effectiveness based on travel and online program results, prioritizing client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be residing in Stuttgart.

• Possess a university degree or relevant business experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency in meeting planning, conference organization, public relations, or similar fields.

• Capability to engage with senior executives of international corporations.

• Proven ability to manage high-level relationships effectively.

• Highly meticulous and organized individual.

• Strong negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment with a focus on exceptional client satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative mindset and a positive outlook.

• Familiarity with G Suite.

• Proficiency in English.

• Previous experience with Slack and Salesforce is a plus.
