This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the operational workflow for the AI build portfolio, encompassing intake, staging, dependencies, launch sequencing, and weekly capacity.
• Take charge of communications and ensure follow-through with Guild builders/operators.
• Implement a 90-day delivery gate for prioritized workflow builds.
• Generate ELT updates, gate reports, ROI worksheets, and actionable scorecards.
• Create and maintain a consolidated status tracking system, dependency mapping, and ROI documentation.
• Oversee agendas, decision logs, and follow-up with responsible owners.
• Coordinate tool readiness, system access, attestations, and approved storage checks.
• Proactively escalate compliance issues before they become obstacles.
• Organize the AI training rollout for approximately 600 learners, including a clinical cohort and ongoing new hires.
• Manage item development, review cycles, platform readiness, and completion reporting.
• Align scope, priorities, and handoffs among IT, Security, the health plan and medical group, Clinical Leadership, and L&D.
• Maintain the AI enablement roadmap, which includes milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate vendors, tools, and resources that support training and assessment delivery.
• Generate leadership reports on progress, risks, decisions, and metrics.
• Project-manage the creation of an AI competency screening framework in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Pilot the screening process in real hiring cycles and expand it across functions.
• Develop repeatable documentation and templates for the assessment approach.
• Collaborate directly with the Director of AI SWAT and Director of Learning Operations, reporting within the VP of Learning & Development organization.
• A minimum of four years of experience managing concurrent programs end-to-end, involving cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proven experience in building program infrastructure from the ground up or establishing significant components, such as a tracker, status cadence, or reporting layer.
• Capability to drive follow-through with stakeholders who do not directly report to you.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools for drafting, organizing, and analysis.
• Ability to assess whether a tool or workflow complies with security requirements prior to making recommendations.
• Familiarity with healthcare data security requirements.
• Skill in differentiating between approved and convenient storage solutions.
• Ability to escalate access and attestation issues before they become obstacles.
• Strong, audience-specific written communication skills.
• Experience in change management, enablement, or L&D is a plus.
• PMP or Agile certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
