
Program Lead – SBI Sales Compensation Redesign

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the steering committee while overseeing the design authority, decision log, and RACI for the redesign process.
• Oversee approval phases for plan design, eligibility, and pay levels, ensuring sign-off from Finance, HR, Legal, and RevOps.
• Maintain the stakeholder map and communication strategy, providing updates to executives and sales leaders.
• Act as the main liaison for the external compensation consulting partner, conducting weekly status meetings and steering sessions.
• Facilitate coordination among internal stakeholders in Finance, HR, Sales leadership, and RevOps to ensure consulting partner inputs are timely and comprehensive.
• Manage the master plan, milestones, and risk register for the entire engagement scope.
• Collaborate with internal compensation teams on plan inventory, eligibility criteria, and benchmarking data.
• Hold the external consulting partner accountable for deliverables and timelines, escalating issues internally as necessary.
• Direct governance and program execution for a comprehensive redesign of sales commission and bonus structures across North America.
• Assist Sales, Finance, HR, and RevOps leadership with pay benchmarking, plan mechanics, quota methodologies, and rollout processes.
• Previous sales operations experience sufficient to comprehend quota, crediting, plan mechanics, and pay administration, allowing for informed recommendations.
• Senior-level experience in personally leading a compensation redesign or a similar large-scale transformation from start to finish.
• Proven success in managing external consulting or vendor partners on comparable projects.
• Established credibility in collaborating with Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales leadership stakeholders.
• Strong program management skills and comfort in owning a plan, decision log, and risk register within a large, multi-workstream context.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Comfortable working remotely across US time zones with a PST focus.
• Experience with sales commission/bonus plan redesigns at a scale of 1,000+ employees (preferred).
• Previous experience in RevOps or sales operations leadership prior to program or transformation work (preferred).
• Familiarity with governance in executive steering committees (preferred).
• Knowledge of major sales compensation consulting methodologies (preferred).
• Capability to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged durations.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency in using computer equipment and peripherals for extended periods.
• Remote position offering flexibility across different time zones.
• Remote work environment across US time zones, anchored in PST.
• Occasional travel may be required, up to approximately 25% of the time.
