Program Experience Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective execution of CollegeSpring's program within a designated group of partner districts and schools.

• Formulate implementation strategies and orchestrate program rollouts.

• Guarantee top-notch execution, robust partner involvement, and unwavering program fidelity.

• Build trusted alliances with district leaders, school administrators, counselors, and teachers.

• Act as the main implementation consultant and provide an outstanding partner experience.

• Track partner progress, proactively manage risks, initiate retention discussions, and uncover opportunities for greater impact.

• Coordinate cross-departmental support to enhance partner success.

• Provide training and implementation assistance to empower educators in executing CollegeSpring's program and optimizing student outcomes.

• Create and deliver professional development, instructional coaching, and implementation assistance.

• Enhance educator effectiveness through coaching, classroom observations, analyzing implementation data, student performance trends, and evidence-based teaching practices.

• Assess implementation quality, educator engagement, partner feedback, and student outcomes.

• Represent CollegeSpring at prospective partner meetings, program demonstrations, conferences, and other external events.

• Collaborate with teams across Partnerships, Product, Operations, Data & Insights, and Advancement.

• Utilize technology, artificial intelligence, implementation insights, and partner feedback to enhance educator support, operational efficiency, program quality, and long-term impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Connecticut resident with familiarity with the local educational environment.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in K–12 education, instructional coaching, professional development, program implementation, or related fields.

• Experience in classroom teaching or counseling along with experience supporting educators.

• A commitment to utilizing technology, artificial intelligence, and innovative emerging solutions.

• Instructional proficiency as a classroom teacher, counselor, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, or leader in professional learning.

• Strong grasp of effective pedagogy and educator capacity enhancement.

• Proven success in establishing trusted relationships across school systems.

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.

• Experience in designing and delivering professional development programs.

• Experience in leading both virtual and in-person trainings.

• Capability to translate data and implementation challenges into actionable solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage student, educator, and implementation data to inform instructional decisions.

• Strong skills in project and implementation management.

• Ability to juggle multiple partner engagements and competing priorities.

• Deep commitment to promoting educational equity.

• Preferred: Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, Curriculum & Instruction, or a similar field.

• Preferred: Experience in implementing or supporting digital learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), or educational technology.

• Preferred: Experience with college and career readiness initiatives and high-stakes assessments such as the SAT, ACT, TSIA2, or ACCUPLACER.

• Preferred: Experience in large urban school districts, education nonprofits, or edtech organizations.
