Program Enrollment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the enrollment team within a designated state or region.

• Generate leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees.

• Build and maintain relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, referring individuals, and agencies.

• Drive enrollment efforts through presentations and meetings with stakeholders and participants.

• Accurately and consistently communicate enrollment status to referrers and enrollees.

• Assist Directors of Business Development in exploring new market opportunities.

• Address issues and respond to inquiries from staff and external customers.

• Manage personnel and ensure that work is conducted efficiently and effectively.

• Aid in staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programs.

• Oversee special or ongoing process-improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to the development of operational plans and the preparation of project-status reports.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office products.
