Program Enrollment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the enrollment team within a designated state or region to guarantee exceptional service throughout the enrollment process.

• Generate leads and referrals for new clients and their employees.

• Build and maintain relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and other referring individuals and agencies.

• Drive enrollments to meet company growth objectives within current contracts through effective presentations and meetings.

• Provide clear and accurate updates to referrers and enrollees regarding their enrollment status.

• Assist Directors of Business Development in exploring new market opportunities.

• Resolve issues and address inquiries from staff and external customers.

• Supervise team members to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

• Support staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programs.

• Manage special or ongoing projects aimed at improving area processes.

• Aid in the creation of operational plans and the preparation of project-status reports.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
