Program Enrollment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the enrollment team in a specific state or region to guarantee exceptional service throughout the enrollment journey.

• Generate leads and referrals for new clients and their employees.

• Build and maintain relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and referring individuals and organizations.

• Propel enrollments to meet company growth objectives through presentations and meetings with case managers, external stakeholders, and participants.

• Deliver accurate updates to referrers and enrollees regarding their enrollment status.

• Assist the Director of Business Development in exploring new market opportunities.

• Resolve issues and address inquiries from staff and external clients.

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.

• Support staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programs.

• Oversee special or ongoing projects aimed at process improvement.

• Aid in the development and preparation of operational plans and project status reports.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
