Program Enrollment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Lead the enrollment team in a specified state or region to guarantee the highest quality service for individuals who self-direct their services and referring entities.

• Generate leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees.

• Build and maintain relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and other referring individuals and agencies.

• Drive enrollments to meet company growth objectives within existing contracts through presentations and meetings.

• Provide consistent and accurate communication to referrers and enrollees regarding enrollment status.

• Support the Director of Business Development in exploring new market opportunities.

• Address issues and respond to queries from staff and external customers.

• Manage employees to ensure that work is conducted efficiently and effectively.

• Assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs.

• Oversee special or ongoing projects aimed at area/process improvement.

• Assist in the development and preparation of operational plans and project status reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
