Program Director – Information Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and/or technical oversight for a designated Information Technology segment

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the assigned IT segment

• Act as the primary contact and maintain full responsibility for the redundancy and reliability of the assigned IT segment

• Identify best practices for service offerings within the IT segment

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of departmental workflows

• Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations, invoice reconciliation, release updates, issue tracking, and evaluation of new products

• Review the performance of junior personnel

• Conduct personnel evaluations for salary administration, training, and promotion purposes

• Prepare and monitor periodic departmental budgets for compliance

• Ensure adherence to Information Systems procedures and policies, reporting findings to IT leadership

• Present issues and concerns to IT leadership, offering potential solutions when applicable

• Develop and execute Information Technology strategies in collaboration with departmental and division management

• Establish and track operational KPIs, including productivity standards

• Create and manage the IT budget for the designated area

• Control expenditures within allocated funds

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) (Required)

• At least 8 years of relevant experience (Required); relevant experience can include a combination of related work experience and attained degree

• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role overseeing people, processes, or projects (Required)

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient in IT project planning and organization

• Demonstrated leadership abilities

• Effective problem management skills
