This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary lead for the implementation of PREIS and ensure the program is executed consistently across all project sites.
• Steer the overall direction of the project and oversee the implementation of interventions in accordance with approved grant requirements, the implementation plan, organizational mission, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee training, curriculum certification, fidelity monitoring, corrective action, continuous quality improvement, reporting, budgeting, partner coordination, and participant protection systems.
• Direct planning and pilot activities, coordinate permissible adaptations, formulate the comprehensive implementation plan, and confirm that facilitators are trained and fidelity systems are established before full implementation.
• Supervise program delivery in Bayamón and Ponce.
• Assess staff, partner, and subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to participant protections.
• Spearhead improvement initiatives when issues in implementation arise.
• Examine operational, training, fidelity, and evaluation-related information from program staff and the independent Evaluation Lead.
• Facilitate approved program enhancements based on implementation and evaluation-related feedback.
• Aid in final reporting, intervention packaging, dissemination, and sustainability planning.
• Maintain clear boundaries with the independent evaluation team to ensure program staff do not influence study assignments, evaluation analysis, participant responses, or evaluation findings.
• Provide leadership, oversight, accountability, and coordination to guarantee that PREIS is implemented with high quality, fidelity, compliance, and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in public health administration, social services, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in directing program implementation or managing complex projects.
• Proficient in leading planning, training, curriculum certification, fidelity monitoring, corrective action, and continuous quality improvement.
• Capability to oversee partners, subcontractors, budgets, and participant protections across various project sites.
• Strong organizational, communication, supervisory, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to evaluate operational, training, fidelity, and evaluation information while maintaining independent evaluation boundaries.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in public health administration, social services, or Business Administration.
• Preferred: Three (3) years of experience directing federally funded adolescent pregnancy prevention or family engagement programs.
• Preferred: Experience in managing planning, pilot, implementation, and closeout or dissemination phases.
• Preferred: Experience in coordinating multi-site implementation with an independent evaluation team.
• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish and English).
