Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of extensive integration initiatives.

• Manage integrated timelines, key milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with over three delivery teams/vendors across more than 120 integrations and simultaneous workstreams.

• Handle scope, change requests, risks, issues, and escalations effectively.

• Supervise budgets, resource utilization, and commercial/contractual obligations.

• Lead client/vendor governance, steering committees, status updates, and executive communications.

• Ensure that deliveries are completed within the agreed timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15–20 years of overall IT experience, with at least 10 years in program or delivery management.

• Experience in overseeing large, intricate, multi-vendor integration programs with tight deadlines and contractual milestones.

• Demonstrated experience in leading extensive enterprise integration/API programs.

• Solid understanding of integration architecture, APIs, dependencies, and contractual agreements.

• Proven ability to manage multiple teams/vendors and navigate complex delivery dependencies.

• Strong competencies in program planning, risk management, scope management, change management, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

• Exceptional executive communication and client-facing abilities.

• Preferred: experience managing over 100 integrations across various workstreams.

• Preferred: familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar platforms.

• Preferred: experience with cloud technologies, API-led approaches, microservices, or event-driven architectures.

• Preferred: PMP/PgMP/SAFe certification.

• Preferred: background in the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
