πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee, mentor, and nurture Regional Program Managers and Regional Program Coordinators across various states.

β€’ Provide hands-on coaching regarding program implementation, community collaborations, and stakeholder engagement.

β€’ Conduct frequent site visits for coaching, feedback, and the development of stakeholder relationships.

β€’ Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and ongoing learning.

β€’ Establish and sustain relationships with school districts, funding bodies, community organizations, and key stakeholders.

β€’ Assist in identifying program growth opportunities and managing funder relationships.

β€’ Lead the implementation and management of federally funded programs.

β€’ Ensure adherence to grant requirements, timelines, reporting responsibilities, and performance metrics.

β€’ Collaborate with executive leadership to assess grant deliverables, budgets, and program outcomes.

β€’ Ensure that regional staff meet federal grant regulations and reporting standards.

β€’ Represent HealthCorps at district-level meetings, community gatherings, and strategic planning sessions.

β€’ Work alongside national directors to establish cohesive systems, resources, and best practices.

β€’ Contribute to the development of standardized program delivery models.

β€’ Share regional insights and innovations to guide national program strategies.

β€’ Engage in national director meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning activities.

β€’ Ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery across regional locations.

β€’ Track program outcomes and impact metrics for ongoing improvement.

β€’ Support strategies for regional program expansion.

β€’ Maintain oversight of regional budget management and resource distribution.

β€’ Act as a primary contact for regional funders and significant community partners.

β€’ Assist with community engagement initiatives and public representation.

β€’ Facilitate partnerships across sectors to enhance program impact and sustainability.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

β€’ 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in youth development, education, public health, nonprofit management, or a related area.

β€’ Proven experience managing federally funded or large public grant programs.

β€’ 5+ years of experience leading programs and managing teams across multiple sites or regions.

β€’ Demonstrated success in supervising several direct reports, achieving results through others, and leading geographically dispersed teams.

β€’ Extensive experience in leading youth development, school-based, or education-oriented initiatives.

β€’ Proven ability to forge partnerships with school districts, community organizations, and public-sector partners.

β€’ Track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with funders, school districts, and community stakeholders.

β€’ Experience in managing regional operating budgets and grant-funded program budgets.

β€’ Capability to develop and implement multi-site regional strategies with measurable outcomes.

β€’ Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.

β€’ Exceptional relationship management skills with diverse stakeholders.

β€’ Experience in funder relations, grant reporting, and funding development activities.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in administering federally funded grants, including compliance, monitoring, reporting, performance measurement, documentation, and collaboration with funding agencies.

β€’ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

β€’ Ability to work collaboratively within national frameworks while adapting to local needs.

β€’ Proven capability to navigate complex challenges in resource-limited environments.

β€’ Demonstrated success working with diverse communities and populations.

β€’ Willingness to travel approximately 15-25% across the regional territory.

β€’ Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local and regional travel.

β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems, and virtual collaboration tools.

β€’ Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work extended hours as required for events and site visits.

β€’ Availability for occasional evening, weekend, or overnight travel for regional events and national meetings.
