Program Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the program, including handling escalations, providing team support, managing daily distribution, and overseeing operations.

• Handle requests from start to finish.

• Train, mentor, and onboard new team members.

• Partner with the Director of Operations to address issues related to performance, attendance, conduct, staffing, and resource allocation.

• Lead special projects as assigned or when necessary.

• Ensure adherence to Pinnacle Group policies, contractual obligations, as well as applicable legal and regulatory standards.

• Maintain process controls and generate reports.

• Foster relationships with Procurement, Finance, Business Operations, and Suppliers.

• Cultivate a service-oriented team culture that provides an outstanding experience for consultants, recruiters, account managers, and suppliers.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
