Program Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work in collaboration with Program Governance Leads to monitor the progress, status, and long-term opportunities of critical product initiatives.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to document, redesign, and enhance processes aimed at automation and operational efficiency.

• Assist in creating content for comprehensive program management.

• Craft executive-level communications and PowerPoint presentations to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Aid in the development of business cases, KPIs, and SLAs for high-priority projects.

• Collaborate with Compliance to identify issues and propose necessary changes.

• Provide strategic support and drive the execution of end-to-end processes that align with Consumer Product Enablement & Solutions.

• Recognize long-term transformation opportunities.

• Influence executive stakeholders and oversee critical milestones.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration among Consumer Product, Growth Strategy, Transformation Office, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with exceptional academic achievements.

• 2-4+ years of full-time professional experience in consulting, corporate/business unit strategy, or program/project management.

• At least 1 year of experience with payer organizations.

• Minimum of 2 years in large-scale project or process improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to quickly establish and maintain trust with business leaders.

• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and oriented towards teamwork.

• Strong dedication to personal and professional development.

• Must have self-provided internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
