Program Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily operational support for program initiatives, encompassing communication, coordination, and documentation.

• Adhere to established program workflows, policies, and operational protocols to guarantee consistent and compliant program execution.

• Assess project documentation, reports, and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.

• Input, modify, and monitor data across multiple web-based platforms.

• Conduct intermediate-level calculations and analyses using Microsoft Excel.

• Compile client and/or internal deliverables and address client inquiries.

• Generate monthly and other program reports for clients.

• Handle and resolve customer issues through phone and email communications.

• Manage timelines, address system functionality, and promote process enhancements.

• Analyze and interpret existing data reports to extract actionable insights and suggest operational improvements for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred residence in Maine / New England.

• 1-3 years of pertinent work experience.

• Associate's degree is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent customer service abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and communicate progress on task completion.

• If applicable, fulfill all DOT qualification requirements and adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship or assistance.
