This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.
• Organize and monitor projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Program/Operations personnel.
• Verify and manage program documentation, files, and communications.
• Handle payment processing.
• Collect, enter, and oversee data.
• Ensure the quality of data.
• Generate preformatted reports.
• Facilitate the seamless execution of projects and programs both internally and externally.
• Follow program, practice, and operational protocols.
• Aid in coordination, metrics and reporting, data management, and the definition and enhancement of processes.
• 0-2 years of experience in a meticulous, organized, and analytical setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• If applicable, fulfill all DOT qualification criteria.
• Adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Must possess authorization to work in the country where the job is located without employer sponsorship or assistance.
