This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Coordinate cost and schedule performance across international projects as a component of the Global Vendor Management Program.

• Evaluate the performance of key suppliers on global initiatives.

• Enhance program-level tracking, trending, and visualization of project performance specifically for data center construction initiatives.

• Aggregate and assess project performance metrics.

• Collaborate with on-site team members.

• Monitor project advancement and communicate outcomes.

• Aid in the development and implementation of KPI frameworks.

• Identify, gather, verify, and analyze program performance data from various sources.

• Establish baseline performance indicators and assess trends over time.

• Create reporting processes, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools.

• Examine relationships between training efforts and project results.

• Develop and sustain performance tracking databases and reporting mechanisms.

• Assist in creating new performance evaluation measures.

• Compile executive-level reports and presentations detailing findings, trends, risks, and suggestions.

• Support program leadership with ad hoc data analysis and strategic initiatives.

• Investigate industry best practices in project controls, project management, capital program execution, and organizational capability enhancement.

• Produce training materials, case studies, job aids, and presentations.

• Contribute to the design and ongoing improvement of professional development programs.

• Transform technical concepts and lessons learned into engaging training content.

• Assess training effectiveness through performance indicators and feedback analysis.

• Work collaboratively with project managers, program controls teams, training leads, and executive stakeholders.

• Lead workshops and collaborative sessions.

• Present findings and proposals to leadership teams and client stakeholders.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to elevate project delivery performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a similar field.

• Over 3 years of consulting experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.

• Experience in supporting capital projects, capital programs, infrastructure, construction, or real estate portfolios.

• Understanding of program control disciplines such as scheduling, cost management, performance reporting, risk management, and governance.

• Proficient in developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting instruments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Ability to distill complex information into clear recommendations for leadership audiences.

• Experience in creating training curricula, educational programs, or professional development materials.

• Familiarity with project management and program control industry best practices.

• Experience in benchmarking and conducting industry research within the AEC domain.

• Knowledge of capital program delivery frameworks and organizational transformation efforts.

• Experience in managing large datasets and performance measurement initiatives.

• Proficient in tools such as PowerBI or equivalent business intelligence applications.

• Familiarity with PMO, project controls, or project management methodologies.
