This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Enhance the tracking, trending, and visualization of project performance at the program level for vital data center construction initiatives.
• Aggregate and assess project performance metrics.
• Collaborate with on-site team members to monitor project advancements.
• Create and implement frameworks for key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify, gather, validate, and analyze performance data from various sources.
• Set baseline performance metrics and analyze trends.
• Design reporting processes, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative evaluations of training initiatives and project results.
• Build and manage performance tracking databases and reporting tools.
• Assist in the creation of new performance measurement standards.
• Generate executive-level reports and presentations that encompass findings, trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Provide support to program leadership with on-demand data analysis and strategic projects.
• Investigate industry best practices in project controls, project management, capital program execution, and organizational capability enhancement.
• Create training resources, case studies, job aids, and presentations.
• Aid in the design and ongoing enhancement of professional development programs.
• Convert technical concepts and lessons learned into training materials.
• Assess the effectiveness of training through performance metrics and feedback analysis.
• Partner with project managers, program control teams, training leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and collaborative sessions.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing project delivery performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of consulting experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.
• Experience in supporting capital projects, programs, infrastructure, construction, or real estate portfolios.
• Understanding of program control disciplines such as scheduling, cost management, performance reporting, risk management, and governance controls.
• Proven experience in developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Capacity to distill complex information into succinct recommendations for leadership.
• Experience in creating training curricula, learning programs, or professional development content.
• Familiarity with project management and program control best practices in the industry.
• Experience in benchmarking and conducting industry research within the AEC field.
• Knowledge of capital program delivery frameworks and organizational transformation strategies.
• Experience working with large datasets and performance measurement initiatives.
• Proficiency with tools like PowerBI or similar business intelligence applications.
• Familiarity with PMO, project controls, or project management methodologies.
