This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist Program Management Teams in overseeing the financial aspects of projects and programs.
β’ Create, evaluate, and refine project and program budgets, forecasts, completion estimates, reporting, and analysis.
β’ Establish and maintain operating expense and capital expenditure budgets.
β’ Assess spending patterns and pinpoint risks and opportunities.
β’ Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting for resources, vendors, and project costs.
β’ Lead, nurture, and guide financial analysts and program control analysts.
β’ Organize contract kick-off meetings and assist with CostPoint project setup, billing, accounting, and financial contractual commitments.
β’ Configure and uphold CostPoint project workforce while monitoring personnel expenditures against budgets.
β’ Supervise project and program spending and address discrepancies or misclassifications.
β’ Analyze and report on financial performance, identify deviations in budget or forecasts, and suggest corrective measures.
β’ Oversee subcontractor/vendor expenses, purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, payments, and accruals.
β’ Monitor program risks and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented.
β’ Prepare or assist in client status reports, integrated program reviews, and ad-hoc financial inquiries.
β’ Review and authorize client invoices while resolving billing and unbilled charge issues.
β’ Track, monitor, and project labor and non-labor project expenses, including T&M labor category limits.
β’ Collaborate on pricing proposals and cost assessments.
β’ Assist with federal agency and internal/external audits.
β’ Contribute to the development and improvement of project control processes, procedures, and systems.
β’ Minimum of 8 years' experience in a Project/Program Control role within a government contracting environment.
β’ Proven experience managing Program Control teams.
β’ Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various departments and organizational levels.
β’ Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
β’ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Proficient in MS Excel.
β’ Active Top Secret Clearance.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
