This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Compile workforce reports, financial documentation, and briefing materials for the ARAT program office.

• Conduct quality assurance, maintain tracking, and archive travel requests alongside related trip reports.

• Oversee and uphold Common Access Card tracking while managing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in compliance with Army records and privacy standards.

• Assist in monthly financial reporting for all activities funded by ARAT.

• Gather data for the Monthly Status Report and Program Objective Memorandum review packages.

• Record and distribute meeting minutes for engineering briefs, staff briefings, financial meetings, and ad hoc sessions.

• Ensure document version control and maintain file plan discipline for program records.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.

• 2 to 4 years of pertinent professional experience in program and project management.

• An active DoD Secret clearance at the time of application.

• Completion of Identifying and Safeguarding PII training.

• Training in records management for maintaining ARAT financial documentation.

• Willingness to travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland for reviews and integration events.

• A signed non-disclosure agreement is required prior to the commencement of duties.

• Completion of required DoD and Army training: DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge, TARP, annual security refresher, insider threat awareness, controlled unclassified information handling, Antiterrorism Level I, iWATCH briefing, ATCTS registration, and installation access processing.
