Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Lead Program Analyst when designated

• Strategize, assess, and evaluate the efficiency of operating programs

• Utilize advanced qualitative and quantitative methods to gauge program effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity

• Establish methodologies for studies and assess intricate program operations

• Engage in stakeholder, staff, and project meetings to convert project activities into actionable solutions across various business units and initiatives

• Evaluate and address complex, time-sensitive challenges

• Examine business requirements and documentation to identify and rectify cross-initiative dependencies, ensuring coherence across the enterprise/command

• Create queries, analyses, and reports for operational or management personnel

• Offer guidance or technical oversight to less experienced team members

• Prepare executive briefings

• Assist in business development efforts, including technical interviews, technical documentation, proposal writing, and proposal color reviews

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Secret clearance is mandatory

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 13 years of relevant experience

• Experience in business development/support, encompassing technical interviews, technical documentation, proposal writing assistance, and proposal color reviews as necessary

• Comfortable with extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Capable of lifting up to 10–15 pounds at a time

• Willingness to travel less than 10%
