Professional Services Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Promote the widespread acceptance of enhanced care standards and animal welfare.

• Inform and influence veterinary professionals and practice teams through lectures, roundtable discussions, and up-to-date information on small animal diseases, Zoetis products and services, medical innovations, and practice management.

• Provide strategic advice and educate internal sales and marketing teams as the representative of veterinarians.

• Mentor, train, and guide sales teams, colleagues, and peers.

• Collaborate with the Area Business Manager to formulate and accomplish regional business strategies and objectives.

• Act as a trusted advisor to veterinary clients, sales teams, peers, and colleagues.

• Contribute to the protection and growth of the veterinary industry, Zoetis business, and Zoetis brand.

• Pursue personal and professional development to enhance relevance, impact, and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or an equivalent qualification.

• Current and active veterinary license in good standing.

• Valid US driver’s license.

• Over 5 years of experience as a veterinarian in companion animal general clinical practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Willingness and capacity to travel for work (70% of work time travel expected).

• Occasional weekend and evening work may be required.

• All candidates must possess or secure authorization to work in the US for Zoetis.
