Professional Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients through regular updates to assess progress and identify challenges in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.

• Assist clients in creating and validating product data, machining guidelines, and design standards.

• Configure, develop, validate, and uphold engineering libraries for design-to-manufacturing processes.

• Work directly within client libraries to ensure they are precise, comprehensive, and ready for production.

• Offer personalized training and support for Toolbox and Engineering libraries.

• Partner with the Content Creation team to develop training resources and documentation.

• Tailor support to accommodate clients with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Maintain consistent communication throughout the onboarding and validation phases.

• Record progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Identify and resolve issues related to library setup, configuration, and usage.

• Create effective solutions to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of engineering workflows.

• Relay client feedback and recurring issues to the development and content teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a comparable position, preferably in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.

• Practical experience with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or another AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing application.

• Strong understanding of engineering libraries, including their configuration, validation, and maintenance.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts clearly to users with diverse technical backgrounds.

• Experience in training and assisting clients both in person and through remote means.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple client engagements concurrently.

• Patience and empathy when working with clients.
