This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Supervise execution teams to ensure alignment with clients' strategic objectives utilizing Varian's comprehensive solutions.
• Establish and nurture collaborative partnerships at the executive level to foster long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with Oncology Solutions Managers, Sales, and Varian leadership from the initial strategy development through to execution.
• Implement enterprise solutions aimed at minimizing time to value for partners.
• Serve as the Varian product and oncology authority to facilitate client success.
• Operationalize execution strategies, key performance metrics, and partnership governance frameworks.
• Guarantee that program outcomes are patient-focused, providing end-to-end solutions that prioritize the patient, address consumption gaps, and promote a strategy shift towards diversified recurring revenue.
• Meet assigned KSO targets while fostering client relationships.
• Execute Varian implementation procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the company effectively, embodying Varian's professionalism, ethics, values, and business practices.
• Manage projects and resources through a dotted-line reporting framework.
• Capability, competence, and confidence to lead teams effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in E-Mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HCM systems (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP products and productivity software.

• A minimum of seven years' managerial experience in healthcare administration, specifically in oncology operations.
• Proven leadership experience in clinical operations with a focus on strategic and business planning, as well as financial and operational performance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a history of fostering collaboration and consensus.
• Completion of LMS training tailored to assigned responsibilities.
• Fulfillment of vendor credentialing requirements to gain access to VMS client sites, including valid ID, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
• Knowledge of quality, performance improvement, change theory, and health systems.
• Basic IT knowledge, particularly regarding interoperability and infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with eight years of related experience, or a master's degree with six years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time.
