This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Supervise execution teams to ensure alignment with clients' strategic objectives using Varian's comprehensive solutions.
• Develop and sustain collaborative partnerships at the executive level to foster long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with Oncology Solutions Managers, Sales teams, and Varian leadership from the initial strategy development through to execution.
• Implement enterprise solutions aimed at minimizing time to value for partners.
• Serve as Varian's product and oncology specialist to enhance client success.
• Operationalize execution plans, success KPIs, and structures for partnership governance.
• Ensure that program deliverables focus on patient-centered end-to-end solutions.
• Meet assigned KSO targets while cultivating client relationships.
• Carry out Varian's implementation processes and guarantee client satisfaction.
• Uphold Varian's ethics, values, business practices, and professionalism.
• Manage projects and associated resources through a dotted-line reporting framework.
• Capability, competence, and confidence to lead teams effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in E-Mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HCM (e.g., Workday) or similar ERP products and productivity software.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.

• At least seven years of managerial experience in healthcare administration, particularly in Oncology Operations.
• Proven leadership experience in clinical operations with a focus on strategic and business planning, as well as financial and operational performance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a demonstrated history of collaborative consensus-building.
• Completion of the LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibilities.
• Fulfillment of Vendor Credentialing requirements for comprehensive client site access, including identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
• Knowledge of quality, performance improvement, change theory, and health systems.
• Established basic IT knowledge, particularly in interoperability and infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with eight years in a related field, or a master's degree with six years of relevant experience.
