This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with district contacts and internal teams to arrange training that aligns with implementation milestones.
• Conduct high-quality virtual and in-person professional development sessions customized for educators, administrators, and support staff.
• Tailor training to accommodate the needs of different audiences, their experience levels, and the goals of the district.
• Analyze training survey results and feedback in conjunction with the Regional Engagement Manager.
• Modify training content, methods of delivery, and pacing to enhance effectiveness.
• Integrate best practices and updates to the program within training sessions.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with district stakeholders.
• Offer follow-up resources, coaching, and support to reinforce the outcomes of the training.
• Act as a subject matter expert on implementation and instructional best practices.
• Monitor and report on training participation, completion, and engagement statistics.
• Provide insights and observations from training sessions to aid in account updates and renewal discussions.
• Deliver visibility into the impact of training to support account strategy and renewal initiatives.
• Coordinate training with implementation plans and district priorities in partnership with the Regional Engagement Manager.
• Work alongside internal teams to enhance training processes, materials, and overall customer experience.
• Uphold consistency and quality across all training engagements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Literacy, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in professional development, training, instructional coaching, or educational services.
• Preferred experience in K–12 or EdTech environments.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to convert instructional knowledge into practical application.
• Proven expertise in delivering engaging professional learning sessions both virtually and in person.
• Background in literacy instruction, reading science, or structured literacy, with a focus on the science of reading.
• Experience facilitating the implementation of instructional programs or educational technology in school or district contexts.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and the capability to customize training for diverse audiences.
• Track record of translating training into classroom application and enhanced instructional outcomes.
• Experience utilizing surveys, usage metrics, and feedback to assess training effectiveness.
• Strong executive presence when interacting with educators and administrators.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple training engagements and schedules.
• Capability to build relationships with teachers, instructional coaches, and district leaders.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, training platforms, or reporting tools is advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
