Professional Learning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a product authority and offer educators tailored implementation strategies suited for classroom requirements.

• Collaborate with school and district leaders to design and execute both virtual and in-person professional development sessions.

• Travel to conduct in-person professional development workshops at schools and districts, with a travel commitment of up to 60% during the back-to-school season and up to 40% for the rest of the year.

• Organize, host, and present at regional IXL Live events.

• Work alongside the sales team to assist schools that are piloting IXL.

• Cooperate with customer success and sales team members to cultivate and enhance customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree.

• Over 5 years of teaching experience in a K-12 environment.

• Strongly preferred experience in educational professional development.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Organized, methodical, and attentive to detail.

• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Proficient in using Google Apps and Zoom.

• Must reside near a major airport.

• Applicants must be located in the Northeastern region of the United States.
