This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Chief People & Performance Officer to develop e2L's professional learning strategy, programs, and standards, overseeing their implementation throughout the organization.
• Take charge of scheduling and coordinating e2L University events, including Weekly 1:1s, Quarterly WeGrowe Connections, Semi-Annual Growe Groups, 360 Feedback periods, and the Growe Talent Development Series.
• Manage and update professional learning materials and resources within the GroweLab platform.
• Monitor attendance, completion, and participation metrics across all e2L University pillars.
• Administer competency-based Buerk Rubrics.
• Handle logistics for both onsite and virtual professional learning days, including scheduling, material preparation, and facilitator communication.
• Equip facilitators and coaches with necessary materials and session logistics.
• Collect and analyze session feedback to enhance future delivery.
• Facilitate the video calibration process and ensure alignment between coaches and observers on Buerk Rubric scoring.
• Organize calibration sessions and prepare video recordings, rubrics, and supporting documentation.
• Track calibration results, identify rating inconsistencies, and follow up on scoring alignment.
• Coordinate Professional Learning Tiger Team meetings, including action items, documentation, plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, including scheduling, resource allocation, and connecting hires to e2L University assets.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Report directly to the Chief People & Performance Officer and work in conjunction with the People Operations team.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in professional learning, coaching, or talent development.
• Familiarity with engage2learn's GROWE coaching model or a similar competency-based coaching framework.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capability to independently manage and execute recurring programs.
• Proficiency in using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and the GroweLab platform.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in K-12 education and/or EdTech is highly preferred.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort in facilitating group discussions and reviewing video-based coaching observations.
• Background checks and drug screening will be mandatory.
