This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead strategic Microsoft-driven initiatives from the qualification stage to successful completion.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Partner Development Managers, Microsoft teams, and technical experts to expedite the progression of opportunities.
• Engage in business discovery discussions to identify customer objectives, challenges, and growth strategies.
• Align Microsoft productivity, security, AI, and business application solutions with desired business results.
• Assist partners in navigating complex purchasing processes that involve multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Create opportunity plans, uphold forecast accuracy, and ensure a healthy pipeline consistently.
• Function as a trusted advisor to help partners enhance their Microsoft practice and grow recurring revenue streams.
• Eliminate obstacles, coordinate resources, and sustain momentum throughout strategic sales engagements.
• Influence partner growth, customer modernization projects, and the adoption of Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Proven track record in consultative solution selling, channel sales, account management, or business development settings.
• Demonstrated ability to support complex opportunities that involve multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, and Business Applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft partner programs, cloud marketplaces, and the overall channel ecosystem.
• Capability to translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies and customer outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of identifying opportunities for expansion and growth drivers.
• Experience in managing pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity planning using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, technical, and partner-facing teams.
• Knowledge of modern workplace technologies, cloud infrastructure, networking, and productivity solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable mix of education and professional experience.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful candidates must undergo pre-employment checks, including ID verification, reference checks, and qualification assessments.
• Incentive opportunities, with On Target Earnings beginning at $180,000.00 on a 55%/45% split between Base Salary and Variable.
