This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the processing of electronic evidence for delivery to end clients, opposing counsel, and governmental entities in compliance with legal directives.
• Utilize industry-standard processing applications like Relativity to convert native files.
• Transform files into image formats such as TIF, JPG, and PDF.
• Export documents and their metadata for client evaluation and production.
• Ensure the integrity of processed data and the quality of final output.
• Use advanced queries to identify records for production.
• Verify consistency checks on client coding in relation to documents and associated family units.
• Comply with company standards, client-specific technical requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and production timelines.
• Adjust imaging settings based on specified requirements.
• Create and prepare load files and deliverables for tools such as Concordance, Summation, eCapture, and Relativity.
• Format data for integration into legal review software using in-house tools.
• Operate independently on queued and assigned job requests.
• Update production management and Service Delivery leadership on job status and any potential issues.
• Provide comprehensive hand-off summaries during shift changes or job transitions.
• Conduct thorough quality assessments at various stages using established procedures and tools.
• Notify management of possible process enhancements.
• Execute other related tasks as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data processing within an Electronic Discovery context.
• Familiarity with Relativity, iPro eCapture, and other litigation support software including Nuix, LAW, Summation, and ReadySuite is advantageous.
• Ability to write SQL queries for extracting and manipulating raw data independently is preferred.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, C#, or JAVA is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Capability to manage multiple projects at once and adapt to evolving requirements and priorities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address non-standard requests and resolve issues.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office/MS365 applications.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with others.
• Quick learner with the ability to master new applications and processes.
• Strong initiative and eagerness to learn and excel.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts during departmental operational hours (currently 7:30 am–11:00 pm, seven days a week).

• Availability for on-call duties and working outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
