Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Review and validate titles

• Assess title reports provided by external abstractors

• Develop and comprehend title commitments along with other deliverables

• Organize daily tasks to meet client service level agreements for designated title processing metrics

• Support file processing with a high standard of quality

• Request search products and tax certifications

• Analyze and interpret reports and queues to effectively manage workload

• Verify information against source documents and databases

• Match returned data and documents with search criteria and manually acquire any missing elements

• Validate, corroborate, eliminate unnecessary data, or consolidate information from various sources

• Manually correct errors

• Manage urgent requests and relay order status to other departments within the company

• Maintain comprehensive records of tasks, files, and progress

• Input information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems

• Review completed work for errors or duplicate information prior to final submission

• Conduct audits of reports and data sheets

• Provide cross-training and assistance to other departments as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in data entry

• Knowledge of or significant interest in title escrow

• Proven typing accuracy

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and expedite requests as necessary

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

• Familiarity with ResWare or similar title software is preferred

• Keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills

• Capability to produce high volumes of work while functioning under pressure and tight deadlines

• Ability to sit for extended periods each day

• Proficiency in operating office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and printers

• Effective oral communication skills

• Required vision capabilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
