Production Quality Specialist – E-Commerce Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the quality assurance process for production assets, which includes coupons, rebates, and vendor load-to-card offers.

• Perform thorough MECH reviews for all offers, assets, and clients, ensuring a strong understanding of client-specific requirements.

• Check and verify the accuracy of barcode creation, scanning, and the overall validation processes.

• Evaluate printer proofs and vendor load-to-card proofs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with client specifications.

• Organize and maintain QA assets and documentation in SharePoint, collaborating with the Enterprise Optimization team as necessary.

• Engage in quality audits across various projects and client portfolios, working closely with production managers, track leads, and the Enterprise Optimization team.

• Work with production managers, administrative assistants, and the production track lead to relay QA findings and required modifications.

• Assist with research tasks and special agency projects as required.

• Identify and suggest improvements for internal QA/MECH processes and enhance documentation storage methods, collaborating with the Enterprise Optimization team to implement these enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of QA experience in either the e-commerce or manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate level in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Comfortable working across various functions while supporting multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with US ISO standard processes.
