This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee brand merchandise projects from initial proposal to final delivery.
• Identify and source products while negotiating pricing and timelines with vendors.
• Create product presentations that align with client requirements and brand identity.
• Develop and manage estimates and budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, creative, and account teams.
• Direct small to medium merchandise programs from estimation to fulfillment.
• Oversee workflows across sourcing, production, decoration, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Ensure projects remain on track and within budget, flagging any delays promptly.
• Maintain an accurate status of project and order management systems.
• Conduct research on products, decoration techniques, vendors, and pricing structures.
• Coordinate with vendors on production updates, sample requests, and order statuses.
• Evaluate proofs, mockups, and production samples for quality assurance.
• Manage estimates, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
• Analyze profitability and identify risks early in the process.
• Communicate project scope, timelines, deliverables, and status updates clearly.
• Lead communications with clients for smaller projects while supporting larger initiatives under the guidance of an account manager.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to manage inventory and fulfillment processes.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in project coordination, production, promotional products, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with vendor management and order execution processes.
• Knowledge of printing and decoration techniques, vendor sourcing, and production workflows.
• Experience with order management systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., CommonSKU, SAGE, Shopify).
• Strong financial literacy, including understanding pricing, margins, and sales calculations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Comfortable navigating new systems and tools, with experience integrating AI tools into workflows.
• Ability to take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for instructions.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional context.
• Proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving with a sense of ownership.
• Self-directed learner with a growth-oriented mindset and a strong focus on client service.
