Insurance Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop new business opportunities in homeowner’s, auto, and commercial/business lines

• Employ consultative selling strategies to connect with prospects, identify their needs, and provide customized insurance solutions

• Oversee the complete sales process, which includes lead generation, follow-up, quote presentation, closing, and securing new business

• Achieve and surpass production goals in a rapidly growing environment

• Utilize established relationships to foster new growth possibilities within an existing portfolio

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Florida

• MUST possess a valid Florida insurance license: 2-20 Property & Casualty, as a requirement

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales

• Excellent communication skills, self-driven, organized, and capable of establishing rapport and closing sales

• An existing book of business is advantageous (but not mandatory)
