Part-Time Virtual Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical coordination and assistance prior to and during virtual classroom sessions.

• Utilize the virtual classroom technical platform to conduct classes using various delivery methods.

• Facilitate Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions.

• Manage interactive features such as whiteboards, breakout rooms, and polls.

• Address learner inquiries and oversee chat communications.

• Create and distribute session links.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Advance presentation slides as needed.

• Assist facilitators with their activities and instructions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills along with a strong technical aptitude.

• Proficient technical knowledge of WebEx, MS Teams, Zoom, or comparable platforms for virtual classroom delivery.

• Capability to ensure high-quality operational and communication skills for effective information exchange between instructors and service providers.

• Ability to provide technical assistance to students one hour prior to class commencement.

• Commitment to respond to all non-urgent inquiries related to scheduled classes within 24 hours.

• Availability to support training sessions during standard business hours.
