Production Line Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the production team to ensure that all puddings adhere to established standards.

• Guarantee the smooth flow of ingredients and address any production challenges.

• Oversee and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor production targets and work towards minimizing waste effectively.

• Assist the team in achieving production goals successfully.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and actively contribute to team objectives.

• A positive mindset with a readiness to embrace challenges.

• Strong skills in collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional early starts at 6:30 am.
