Production Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Generate high-volume print and digital materials utilizing pre-approved templates.

• Revise templates by incorporating new text and images for each piece, including updating featured photographs and headlines.

• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.

• Prepare files for both print and digital distribution according to specifications, ensuring accurate sizing, bleeds, and export formats.

• Review completed work for any errors in text, alignment, and image placement prior to handoff.

• Collaborate with project management and the design team to adhere to deadlines for recurring deliverables.

• Act as the primary design partner for one of the company's major accounts.

• Concentrate exclusively on one account, with work divided approximately equally between print and digital formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production, graphic, or layout design.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing files for both print and digital formats.

• Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks.

• Capability to work efficiently within established templates and brand systems.

• Portfolio showcasing production or template-based projects.

• Proficient written and spoken English skills.

• Experience with a US-based agency or client (Preferred).

• Familiarity with email design or large-scale campaign asset production (Preferred).
