Production Coordinator II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee project workstreams among content creators, developers, and cross-functional partners, ensuring clarity on deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.

• Collaborate with platform and development teams to enhance features and improve the site.

• Keep precise and accessible project documentation for all ongoing projects.

• Monitor project sites for performance and data integrity, reporting issues to key stakeholders.

• Utilize authorized AI tools for vibe coding to update project management portals and create features that support project information, milestone tracking, and status reporting.

• Employ AI development tools such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, or similar platforms to expedite production workflows and minimize manual tasks.

• Develop and sustain automation workflows that link project sites with internal content management systems for real-time project tracking and reporting.

• Quickly prototype and incorporate AI functionalities into daily operations.

• Assist in onboarding teams to new product requirements, tools, and site workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, entertainment development, production, or a related area.

• Proven experience in coordinating intricate project workstreams, including deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.

• Knowledge of AI tools utilized for vibe coding, such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, or equivalent platforms.

• Experience in using and updating cloud management systems.

• Familiarity with project management systems and their integration with production tools.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

• A resourceful problem-solver capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Must address potential U.S. work sponsorship requirements.
