Production Artist – Temporary/Seasonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Process orders for a variety of products.

• Execute image modifications and conduct proof-reading.

• Offer customer support and handle post-sales inquiries.

• Verify spelling and grammar in card and stationery orders.

• Ensure accurate photo placement.

• Perform advanced image enhancements, including color correction, brightness and contrast adjustments, redeye removal, object removal, and blemish correction.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding image quality and resolution.

• Carry out order processing and quality assurance with minimal supervision.

• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience working with us during Q4 is required.

• Proficient in Photoshop.

• Some experience with AI is preferred.

• Candidates must reside in the following states: CA, AZ, IL, MN, NJ, UT, WA, WI.

• Availability to work at least one day each weekend through December is required.

• Must be able to work one of the following shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM, 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM Pacific, or 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM.

• Schedules may vary from part-time to full-time, with potential for overtime.
