This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Process and convert files into image formats including TIF, JPG, and PDF.
• Export documents and metadata for client evaluation and production.
• Ensure the quality of produced data and final outputs, optimize the use of production resources, and adhere to SLAs and deadlines.
• Independently complete queue-based and assigned tasks with minimal delay.
• Evaluate production scope, technical requirements, and timelines, while recommending suitable platforms and workflows.
• Generate documents and data following company standards and client-specific technical specifications.
• Create and prepare load files and deliverables for review tools such as Concordance, Summation, eCapture, and Relativity.
• Format data for legal review software using internal tools and SQL.
• Conduct quality checks on client data and work products at various stages.
• Communicate updates, progress, and any issues to leadership and team members.
• Act as the primary liaison for Client Services staff.
• Provide documented hand-off summaries during shift changes or job turnover.
• Support custom solutions and workflows for unique data types and technical requests.
• Recommend and implement improvements in workflow, quality, documentation, and processes.
• Train junior team members on departmental processes and applications.
• Assist with troubleshooting requests and fixing deliverables.
• Recommend and lead process improvement initiatives across various groups or locations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in eDiscovery or related technical fields.
• Advanced proficiency in technical tools and processes.
• Familiarity with SQL syntax and ability to edit basic code when modifying scripts, or expertise in Relativity.
• Knowledge of iPro eCapture and litigation support applications like Nuix, LAW, ReadySuite, and Relativity.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, C#, or JAVA is a plus.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving requirements and priorities.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, to a non-technical audience.
• Experience managing projects across multiple groups, offices, or organizations.
• Exceptional focus on quality control and accuracy.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office/MS365.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and administrative support.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with others.
• Willingness to be on call periodically and work evenings and weekends as necessary.
