Product & Technology Communications Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the visibility of Nebius and its dedicated AI Cloud through compelling storytelling.

• Develop communication strategies, media plans, and narratives for significant product and platform launches as well as technology thought leadership.

• Collaborate with the Platform and Product Communications lead, working alongside the Communications, Marketing, Product, and Infrastructure teams.

• Oversee technology media relations to support the launch of new products and infrastructure.

• Facilitate technology thought leadership and opportunities for external speaking engagements with the press.

• Align priorities and objectives with key results (OKRs) in partnership with Communications leadership.

• Gather insights and report outcomes against targeted key results.

• Transform intricate technical details into messages and broader narratives suitable for AI Native, Digital Native, and enterprise technology firms.

• Identify and utilize claims and proof points, such as customer outcomes, performance data, technical insights, and open-source contributions.

• Cultivate relationships with technology, AI, and developer media, as well as co-creators.

• Pitch and place stories, conduct briefings, and monitor results.

• Prepare spokespeople for press briefings, interviews, and speaking engagements.

• Assist in organizing conferences, partner announcements, and customer announcements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong recent experience in technology communications, product PR, or a closely related domain, demonstrating a successful track record.

• Profound knowledge in AI, cloud, and infrastructure, along with the technical fluency to engage effectively with the technical press and internal Product & Infrastructure teams.

• Outstanding writing and editing skills, producing clear, accurate, and specific content.

• Established relationships with pertinent technology press, co-creator platforms, and podcasters.

• Effective judgment concerning claims, risks, and timing, including the ability to discern what to verify, escalate, and when to decline.

• Experience in influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

• Must possess authorization to work in the country of application and provide proof of employment eligibility as a hiring condition.

• Experience in an AI lab, hyperscaler, AI cloud, or rapidly growing infrastructure company is a plus.

• Ability to navigate matrix organizations effectively is an added advantage.

• Experience working across different cultures, regions, and time zones is an added advantage.
