General Manager – Marketing & Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage MedPut’s outward-facing content, product marketing, brand strategy, and growth hacking initiatives.

• Create and oversee content tailored for members, prospects, and partners.

• Produce written material for members, prospects, and partners.

• Take charge of email marketing campaigns, including template design and calls to action.

• Design flyers and direct mail pieces.

• Generate product content for the website and application.

• Write case studies and blog articles.

• Create engaging content for social media platforms.

• Optimize content to enhance search engine visibility and facilitate lead generation.

• Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance across email, direct mail, paid, and owned marketing efforts.

• Analyze website traffic for insights.

• Collaborate with customer success, product, and sales teams to enhance messaging and positioning.

• Manage Salesforce CRM and Pardot platforms.

• Design and implement innovative growth hacking campaigns to attract and engage users.

• Lead and oversee all facets of Marketing & Communications at MedPut.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications.

• Exceptional copywriting skills with the capability to customize messaging for diverse audiences.

• A proactive self-starter willing to take initiative and manage all aspects of marketing, from content creation to long-term strategy development.

• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment with a readiness to take on various roles.

• Experience in employee benefits or healthcare is advantageous.

• Background in growth hacking is a plus.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Travel expectations: 0–10%.
