This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and supervise direct reports throughout the development and production launch of the enhanced T901 turbine engine for the U.S. Army.
• Align stakeholders with program milestones and ensure disciplined execution of project plans.
• Create and sustain the integrated product support plan for the T901 initiative.
• Oversee execution from qualification through to service entry and transition to sustainment readiness.
• Coordinate support activities across various domains including Support Equipment, Repair Engineering, Technical Publications, Reliability, Maintainability, Human Factors Engineering, Provisioning, Customer Training, and Maintenance Data Systems.
• Develop cost and schedule estimates that support both internal and external Earned Value Management processes.
• Enhance visibility regarding risks, assumptions, and execution status.
• Manage product and service development initiatives from initial concept through to production introduction.
• Ensure that supportability is embedded in the design and is scalable.
• Influence product support strategy, resource allocation, and policy formulation.
• Recommend best practices to enhance products, processes, and services.
• Develop and execute the digital product support strategy for the T901 engine.
• Evaluate complex or incomplete information and formulate recommendations using various data sources.
• Create solutions for technical, scheduling, and customer-related challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product support and/or product development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated experience in leading programs or projects.
• Ability to document, plan, and carry out programs effectively.
• Established project management expertise.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be a U.S. Person or obtain authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Successful completion of a drug screen as required.
