This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Lead a cross-functional team and oversee direct reports to successfully execute the development and production launch of the enhanced T901 turbine engine for the U.S. Army.
• Align stakeholders with program milestones to ensure disciplined execution.
• Develop and sustain the integrated product support plan for the T901 initiative.
• Manage the execution process through qualification, entry into service, and transition to sustainment readiness.
• Coordinate support functions across Support Equipment, Repair Engineering, Technical Publications, Reliability, Maintainability, Human Factors Engineering, Provisioning, Customer Training, and Maintenance Data Systems.
• Create cost and schedule planning estimates that support both internal and external Earned Value Management processes.
• Enhance visibility into risks, assumptions, and execution status.
• Oversee product and service development efforts from conception through to production introduction.
• Ensure supportability is designed in and scalable.
• Influence the product support strategy, resource planning, and the development of policies.
• Recommend best practices to enhance products, processes, and services.
• Develop and execute the digital product support strategy for the T901 engine.
• Utilize high-level judgment to evaluate complex or incomplete information and formulate recommendations.
• Generate solutions to address technical, scheduling, and customer-related challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least 5 years of experience in product support and/or product development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Proven ability to lead programs and projects.
• Proficient in documenting, planning, and executing programs.
• Established project management skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be a U.S. Person or secure U.S. Government authorization to access export-controlled information.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, as applicable.
