Product Support, Catalog Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Maintain and update catalog information in accordance with ACES and PIES standards.

• Produce regional coverage reports and communications intended for customers.

• Assist in the evaluation, preparation, and implementation of new catalog software for the North American market.

• Aid in executing regional strategies for products and catalogs.

• Contribute to the development of product platforms aimed at maximizing coverage and revenue.

• Collaborate with MDM and item release teams to ensure precise setup and maintenance of new part data.

• Conduct research on OE part numbers.

• Identify high-impact applications suitable for catalog inclusion.

• Participate in global PIM strategy initiatives.

• Support efforts related to content creation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, cataloging, and research, ideally within the automotive aftermarket or industrial distribution sectors.

• Familiarity with ACES and PIES standards.

• Experience in process optimization, project management, new product introductions, and product launches.

• Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, or similar industries.

• Experience with product information and catalog management systems.

• Ability to utilize KPIs and performance metrics to inform decisions.

• Experience managing product data through ERP, PIM, ACES/PIES, and TecDoc systems.

• Proficient in using product management tools, project management platforms, MDM systems, and data analysis tools.

• Background in data governance, master data management, and initiatives for improving data quality.

• Experience in supporting organizational transitions from decentralized to centralized data or product models.

• Proficient in English.
