Product Strategy & PRD Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assess product strategies for clarity, coherence, and alignment with business and customer goals

• Examine product roadmaps for sequencing, prioritization, dependencies, and strategic alignment

• Review Product Requirements Documents for thoroughness, clarity, and readiness for execution

• Analyze product decisions that involve competing opportunities, resources, and stakeholder priorities

• Evaluate spreadsheets and analyses that support product decisions, including KPIs, success metrics, assumptions, and calculations

• Inspect product documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations for accuracy, clarity, and completeness

• Measure assigned outputs against domain-specific quality standards

• Detect strategic, analytical, factual, and presentation errors

• Offer clear, structured written feedback that outlines identified strengths and weaknesses

• Consistently apply evaluation standards across various product-management deliverables

• Conduct evaluations without utilizing confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or third party

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent professional experience in product management, product strategy, product operations, product leadership, or a closely related area

• Strong practical experience in developing or reviewing product roadmaps and PRDs

• Proven experience in making prioritization and product-strategy decisions

• Solid understanding of product discovery, requirements definition, metrics, and cross-functional execution

• Capability to evaluate whether product decisions are supported by suitable evidence and reasoning

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides

• Strong spreadsheet and analytical abilities

• Native or professional fluency in English

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide precise, structured feedback

• Keen attention to strategic, analytical, and presentation details
