This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the lifecycle of assigned GHB products, solutions, and benefit features.

• Update Product Benefit Standard Guides, product playbooks, and GHB reference documents.

• Oversee the Americas Product Knowledge Exchange page.

• Manage the GHB product mailbox and handle or direct product-related inquiries.

• Evaluate marketing and sales enablement materials for product accuracy and consistency.

• Aid in enhancing GHB Commercial Canada products, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring readiness and implementation.

• Collaborate with the CignaLinks team on product updates, issue resolution, and communication with stakeholders.

• Facilitate MetLife and Zurich vendor governance meetings.

• Assist contract teams with product inquiries, template evaluations, and benefit language revisions.

• Create intake materials for product enhancements, including business cases, impact analyses, readiness assessments, and enablement tasks.

• Coordinate the cross-functional delivery of approved product enhancements, operational updates, and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder actions until completion.

• Act as the primary product liaison for designated vendor relationships.

• Supervise vendor activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, operational expectations, service quality, and governance requirements.

• Coordinate issue resolution, escalations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support compliance reviews and maintain governance documentation, decision logs, approval materials, and related artifacts.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with responsible partners.

• Assist with product requests from customers, brokers, and market-facing teams.

• Represent product priorities in forums, meetings, governance sessions, and readiness discussions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned GHB products, benefits, partner solutions, and internal product guidance.

• Recognize process improvements and contribute to roadmap development, prioritization, and strategic planning efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, healthcare, health insurance, operations, consulting, or related business fields.

• Strong project management and organizational skills are essential.

• Ability to effectively navigate Cigna’s matrixed organization and influence without direct authority.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex product information into clear internal guidance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience with Cigna Healthcare, GHB, international health, expatriate, student, Americas, Canada, or global mobility solutions.

• Background in supporting vendor governance processes, third-party solutions, or partner relationship management.

• Familiarity with product lifecycle management, governance protocols, readiness planning, or benefit documentation.

• Experience in supporting cross-functional business initiatives involving Commercial, Operations, Compliance, Legal, or Technology teams.

• Knowledge of GHB products, CignaLinks, vendor partner solutions, benefit standards, or market-facing product support.

• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is required.
